GENERAL- You must provide a good reference for your character and/or detail exactly what you want.
- By default, you may use my artwork for Personal Use (as listed below).I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO :- Share and stream the commission on my social media platforms unless stated otherwise.
- Maintain all rights of the artwork.
- Cancel the commission at any point in time if there is an issue.
- Take as much time as I need unless stated otherwise.
- Share commission online and make it free-to-use if you attempt to scam me.YOU THE COMMISSIONER- Cannot mint my artwork as an NFT or use it to train Artificial Intelligence.
- Trace, copy, or edit the artwork without my knowledge.
- Maintain the right to use the final product for Personal Use.
- Can purchase the Commercial Usage fee at any time.

REVISIONS- There is no limit for smaller revisions during the sketch phase.
- Please be open and clear of what exactly you want when requesting for a revision.
- Any mistakes that are my fault (such as not following the original description properly) would not be charged.REVISION, PAYMENT, INFORMATION- Major changes after the sketch/lineart phase will cost 10-30€ per revision (this includes, but not limited to: background changes, pose changes, outfit changes, character changes, etc.)
- Minor revisions after the sketch/lineart phase will cost 5-10€ per revision (this may include expression changes, minor outfit detail changes, etc.)

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY- You are always free to contact me directly to inquire about the progress of the commission.
- If you have a specific deadline, you MUST let me know beforehand.
- Rush order fees will be applied to commissions that need to be completed within 1-10 days
- Please do not rush me if you have not set a deadline for the commission.

USAGE RIGHTSDEFAULT PERSONAL USAGEYou may use my artwork for profile pictures, headers, banners, and wallpapers. You may repost the commission with credits (i.e. "credit to @moltaa_art"). You may not, in any shape or form, re-sell the commission and profit off of it. Printing the commission with no intention of selling it does not fall under "commercial use".ALL COMMERCIAL USAGEUpon paying a +90% fee, you may use my artwork in merchandise and any other means of monetary reproduction. You may also use the artwork to freely promote yourself.

REFUNDS- 100% refunds are only available BEFORE I start working.
- If you need a refund and I've started the sketch, I will only refund 50% of the payment.
- There is no refund after validating the sketch.
